Michelle, Josie & Her Care Nurse From Hospital

I've watched The Duggar Family for many years now and the one Duggar I particular who warns my heart is Josie. Many of us see Josie Duggar as an energetic, thriving six year old. However we all know that this wasn't the case in December 2009 when Josie was born at just 25 weeks gestation, weighing just one pound and six ounces.

With Josie in a critical condition in hospital the family then decided to move to Little Rock for the duration of her stay. Throughout the fourth season of 19 Kids & Counting I can honestly say I have never cried so much for s miracle to happen. Watching a mother not be able to even hold her child was heartbreaking, the way the entire family pulled together was a joy to watch.

The image above and from Jinger and Jeremy's wedding show me that despite the fact she was extremely premature, she's a fighter. When I watched Josie with her NICU nurse I was bawling my eyes out, realising just how far she's come since December 10th 2009. So as we get ready for Christmas I'm going to try and post past memories of the Duggars over the years.
